服务条款（Terms of Service）
1.服务范围 Scope of Services
EASEFLOW Consultancy（“本公司”）向客户提供与新加坡房屋贷款相关的咨询服务，包括但不限于：贷款评估、贷款方案比较、再融资/换贷建议、文件协助、利率监测提醒以及与银行的沟通协调。本公司并非银行，亦不提供任何形式的贷款或融资。
EASEFLOWConsultancy (“the Company”) provides advisory servicesrelating to Singapore housing loans, including but not limitedto loan assessment, loan comparison, refinancing/repricing recommendations, documentation assistance, interest rate monitoring, and communication with financial institutions. The Company is not a bank and does not provide any form of lending or financing.
2. 费用与付款 Fees and Payment
所有费用（如适用）将在服务开始前以书面方式告知客户。若银行向本公司支付推荐佣金，此佣金不影响客户应支付的任何费用。客户需在指定期限内完成付款，否则本公司有权暂停或终止服务。
Any applicable fees will be communicated to the Clientin writing beforeservices commence. If referralcommissions arepaid by partnerbanks, such commissions do not affectany fees payableby the Client.Payments must be made within the specified timeframe, failing which the Company reservesthe right to suspend or terminate services.
3. 客户义务 Client Responsibilities
客户承诺提供真实、完整、最新的个人及财务信息，包括收入资料、资产负债情况、信用记录及购房相关文件。若客户提供虚假或不完整的信息导致贷款结果受影响，本公司不承担任何责任。
The Client agrees to provideaccurate, complete, and up-to-date personaland financial information, including income documents, asset/liability details, credit records,and property-related documents. The Company shallnot be liablefor any consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by theClient.
4. 信息准确性与第三方责任 Accuracy of Information &Third-Party Responsibility
本公司提供的所有贷款信息、利率、计算结果或银行政策均基于公开资料或银行提供的最新信息，但银行政策及利率可能随时变动。本公司不对第三方（如银行）造成的延误、错误或拒绝批准贷款承担责任。
All loan information, rates,calculations, or bank policies shared by the Company are based on publicly available data or information provided by financial institutions. As bankpolicies and interestrates may changeat any time, the Company shallnot be responsible for any delays,errors, or loanrejections caused by third partiessuch as banks.
5.免责声明与风险说明 Disclaimer & Risk Acknowledgement
客户理解所有贷款申请的审批、利率、还款金额、贷款额度及处理时间均由银行独立决定。本公司不保证任何贷款一定获批或以特定利率获批。客户自行承担房贷相关的利率浮动风险、市场风险及法律责任。
The Client acknowledges that all loanapprovals, interest rates,loan amounts, andprocessing times aresolely determined by the banks.The Company does not guarantee loan approval or approval at any particular rate. The Clientassumes all risksrelating to interestrate fluctuations, marketconditions, and legalobligations.
6. 个人资料保护（PDPA） Personal Data Protection (PDPA)
客户授权本公司收集、使用及披露其个人数据，以便进行贷款咨询、文件协助及与金融机构沟通。本公司承诺遵守新加坡《个人资料保护法》（PDPA），除非法律要求或客户授权，否则不会向无关第三方披露个人数据。
The Client authorizes the Company to collect, use,and disclose personal data for thepurpose of loanadvisory, documentation assistance, and communication withfinancial institutions. TheCompany complies withthe Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and will not disclose personaldata to unrelated third parties unless requiredby law or expressly authorized by the Client.
7. 保密义务 Confidentiality
双方须对彼此的资料与沟通内容保密，不得向任何第三方披露，除非获得书面同意或法律要求。
Both parties shallkeep all exchanged information confidential andshall not disclose it to anythird party unless written consent is providedor disclosure is required by law.
8.服务终止 Termination of Services
若客户违反本服务条款或未按要求支付费用，本公司有权立即终止服务。客户亦可通过书面通知终止服务，但已支付的费用不予退还。
The Company may terminate servicesimmediately if the Client breaches these Terms or fails to make requiredpayments. The Clientmay terminate servicesthrough written notice;however, any fees paid are non-refundable.
9. 责任限制 Limitation of Liability
在法律允许的最大范围内，本公司对于任何间接损失、业务损失、利润损失或因使用贷款建议而产生的后果概不负责。本公司提供的计算结果和预测仅供参考，不构成财务或法律建议。
To the fullestextent permitted by law, the Company shallnot be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including business or profitlosses arising from the use of loan recommendations. All calculations and projections are for reference only and do not constitute financial or legaladvice.
10. 管辖法律 Governing Law
本服务条款受新加坡法律管辖，任何争议应提交新加坡法院专属管辖。
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shallbe submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
